super important message from april.
This very urgent message is from my good friend April, please help if you can.
"I hope this finds you well.
As some of you know, Peter and I were in Phnom Penh, Cambodia last fall. I was working with a small school/orphanage that our friend Nader Ebrahimi organized called Aziza's Place. I had the privilege of getting to know 20 children rescued from the dump site Stung Meanchey and from corrupt orphanages that thanks to Nader now live in a safe clean house and are educated at Aziza's Place. Nader created this magnificent living and learning place for these children funded all by donation and run by volunteers and one house attendent. The children attend public schools for half the day and then come home to learn English, Art, Film and Computer Animation, Soccer, Yoga, and Dance. Nader dedicated his life to give these children a chance a better one.
We are devastated to learn today that Nader has passed away. I'm reaching out in hopes of coming up with some way to help the school survive. The children relied on Nader for everything.
I am planning an auction to raise money for these kids. I have also added a PayPal donation account to this blog."
you can donate here, if you are interested in helping with the auction, contact me.
